There is always someone on the reception with a smile and when we arrived so the key card was made available immediately. Host was very pleasant and informative, giving us suggestions of local attractions that he enjoyed. When you enter in a property, there is a refreshing fragrance all around. There was plenty of bedding, towels and kitchen equipment. There was also a free Wi-Fi everywhere and a smart TV. Apartments are spacious and nice location. Ample parking space was reserved for the apartments guests so you don’t have to worry even you come late after having enjoy a lot in the night. In short, I had a wonderful trip of Newcastle just because of this apartments.

As far as my point of view, everything was up to the mark in the property and the staff was also so polite and trained to serve any guest without any harshness in behaviors. Many people argued that there is no kitchen so they never mentioned it as they just market kitchenette inside the room so that’s true with all the basics such as fridge, oven, coffee machine, kettle and crockery. Even they can arrange the toaster if we need. And secondly they mentioned in the policy for the damage deposit which is refundable if do not harm the property. So, literally everything is quite clear and nothing is hidden. Nice property with reasonable price and location.

The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love they pillows!!!:))) bathroom with shower very clean. Reception was very helpful in directing us to nice pub and club , so we have great night out as well. - Overall I had best stay ever in Newcastle!!! and definitely will back there and will recommend this peaceful place to everyone.
